Have you heard about Cagora’s Community Land Rush?
If not, you’ll want to read this post very carefully. Cagora (from the Greek word “Agora”, meaning “gathering place”) is the brainchild of Rob Anderson and his team, and is currently in pre-launch mode. I spoke with Rob last week, and I have to admit I was really blown away by this brand new opportunity.
I spent the weekend reviewing all the details on the Community Land Rush, the informational videos and the Cagora site. I have to say that really am amazed at what Cagora is becoming, and the potential that it has for early investors.
So what exactly is the Community Land Rush?
It’s all about virtual real estate. Virtual Real Estate (VRE) is currently up for grabs all over the world, and by that, I don’t mean URLs.
Let me first explain what Cagora is:
Cagora is a community-based portal to the web that has the potential to change the way we search. It’s a cross between Google, Facebook, Wikipedia, and the yellow pages. Cagora’s pages contain information on geographical locations, businesses, niches, etc. When you first visit Cagora it sends you to your community page. Here you’ll find links to businesses and people in your area.
When you search on an interest, however, such as skydiving, you’ll find results from all over the world that relate to skydiving. You’ll be connected with like-minded people and the businesses that serve that interest.
But Cagora is much more. It’s not a commercial site – it’s a community site – community networking. It’s built by the community, and the community benefits. Cagora actually gives back a percentage of the profits to local non profits and charities. No one else does this.
As Cagora grows, there will be more features – more than I can talk about in a blog post. You just have to go check it out for yourself.
How you benefit from the Community Land Rush:
During the pre-launch you have the unique opportunity to get involved on the ground floor and become an affiliate. Affiliates earn commissions on their referrals, and if you become a Community Partner you’ll earn even more. That’s where the Community Land Rush comes in. You can purchase Virtual Real Estate and become a Community Partner in your area. Community Partners earn a higher rate of commission, thus increasing the earnings potential dramatically.
I’m excited about this, not only because it’s a great opportunity, but also because it marks another step toward merging the online and offline worlds into one. It’s happening. Facebook and YouTube are two perfect examples of companies who have successfully forged a new path into the mainstream. Cagora is happening now.
Check out Cagora’s Community Land Rush. Get involved. Stake your claim. You don’t have to invest any money unless you want to. At the very least, sign up as an affiliate and lock in your spot during the pre-launch. If you don’t, you’ll look back a year from now and kick yourself. Do it now.
To your success -

P.S. This pre-launch is only open for the next few weeks. If you’re even remotely interested in making money online, go sign up as an affiliate at the free level. You’ve got nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

I agree Lisa, I think Cagora is going to be a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor. I have signed up and I’m telling my friends and subscribers to do the same. Thanks for the great information!
Hi Sherri – I think we’ll all be glad we got in when we did
Lisa.
I am so glad you explained it well enough for me to sign up. I did listen to Lynn Terry’s webinar Tuesday thought is sounded way to much like a pitch fest to me then waited for the murmur. Thanks for explaining.
Michael
Hi Michael – I’m glad my post helped explain it a little better for you. I admit that like you, I was a little skeptical at first, but after talking with Rob and doing my own research I realized that it really is a legitimate, awesome opportunity. I know you will benefit from signing up. Congrats for taking that step. I’ll help you any way I can. Let’s keep in touch
