Lisa Marie Mary has tagged me, so now I’m supposed to tell you seven odd and interesting things about me.
Well, here goes!
1) I’m a closet singer. In fact, I always wanted to be in a band but never pursued it. The closest I got was when I was working as a bartender, and one night the lead singer of a local band called me out from behind the bar to come up onstage for his last song – and we belted out “Highway to Hell” together. That was fun! Unfortunately, now I’m too old for American Idol 
2) I wear gloves most days when I work. My hands get really cold, so one day I went to the grocery store and bought a cheap pair of stretchy gloves and cut the fingertips off. Makes typing easier.
3) I used to have REALLY long hair when I was a kid – so long I could sit on it. I wore braids most of the time before high school
Then I had really BIG hair 
(think ’80’s curly perms)
Then I had really SHORT hair for a long time
Now it’s just regular- longish and straight
Continuing on…
4) I have double-jointed thumbs. Not much of a conversation builder, but there you go.
5) I like to snowboard and I teach snowboarding part time. In the summer, when I’m not traveling all over creation to my kids games, I ride my road bike and play softball (second base).
6) I used to own and manage a pre-school when my kids were little.
7) I have a wicked sweet tooth, and I used to eat frosting out of the jar. When I ran out of frosting, I made more. I could probably still do that today, but I don’t.
So there are seven things about me.
What does this have to do with websites, you ask? Good question! Think of this. Lisa Marie Mary and I have never met in person, but we’ve become friends on the internet, through our websites and the sites of others. This is social networking in action. We do it for business, but we also do it for fun.

We have more in common than we realized – my thumbs do something strange, too, though I don’t know if that means they’re double-jointed. I ran a home daycare and worked in several daycare centers. I wish I still skied and used to want to try boarding, think I’m too skeered now. LOL Wicked sweet tooth – oh yeah! Long hair – yep, but, not that long and definitely big hair! Haha!
