What’s YOUR Twitter Karma?

in Social Networking

Twitter tools are everywhere. Most of them I don’t bother with, but I stumbled on one today that is actually pretty cool. It’s called Twitter Karma, and it shows you at a glance who you are following and who is following you. So what, right? Wrong.

Have you ever scanned through pages of followers to find someone? It’s a pain and it takes a lot of time. Twitter Karma actually shows you this information all on one screen. Under each person’s name you’ll see a green arrow or a red arrow. Green means you’re following them, red means they’re following you. If you’re following each other, their photo will have both red and green arrows. Each photo even has it’s own check box so you can bulk follow/unfollow or block. I’ve tested it. It works.

My only gripe about this free and otherwise-awesome service is that you currently have to enter your Twitter username and password. This is due to Twitter’s limitations and is in no way something that the developer wants. It’s in Twitter’s hands for now, but I would expect to see this change before too long.

Though I certainly won’t check my karma every day, it’s fun to look at every now and then. Check it out and see for yourself. Get your Twitter Karma here.

And while you’re at it, feel free to follow me on Twitter :)
